Be beyond careful with this insurance company, had no claims for 3 years from the date of purchase on my home, roof retained wind damage in year 4, would not pay a dime due to "age of roof", I understand its not a new roof, but there was not a single shingle missing before the wind storm, shortly there afterwards found the rear door to my home had been leaking water for some time that was out of sight, main beam of the house was completely rotten, also found the rear door had no headder, and multible other issues, would also not pay on that issue due to "pre existing conditions". At this point im beginning to wonder what I pay them for if they are never going to do the job that I pay them to be there for. Shortly there after another wind storm comes through and knocks off more shingles, once again nothing was paid on because the roof is "old", shingles still have gravel, there still laying flat, there not brittle, nothing about them says they are beyond the life expectancy. Fast forward to january 2023 I get a letter saying I am being dropped for making 3 claims in a year. Yet not a dime was ever paid out to assist in fixing my home, sure are happy to take your money, but will drag their feet untill they are blue in the face to not help you when you need them. So now I am looking for new insurance. Meanwhile my roof sits here NOT FIXED, and the water damage done to the structure of my home costing me over 6,000$ to repair, and another 15,000-20,000 to replace a roof the damaged by a wind storm. Was also informed TODAY (1/17/2023) by my agent that they have a "no repair" tag placed on my home. Will update this review after I finish contacting the Wisconsin commissioner of insurance, hopefully they can help me with this mess. 4 YEARS OF PRIEMIUMS AND DROPPED MY COVERAGE FOR TRYING TO GET HELP WHEN IT WAS FINALLY NEEDED
