I could not be happier with these guys. Our furnace went out and we looked like we were gonna need a completely new model then what we had. Luckily they were able to find us what we needed which cut costs considerably. They were here the next day once we had everything agreed upon. Easy to work with and they kept us updated every step of the way. Very much will use them again. Service: Heating system installation

Why I would recommend Loescher HVAC: #1) Ryan (the owner) was fantastic to deal with. He went to my job site day of & had recommendations on where to place units for maximum efficiency but, were also aesthetically pleasing. #2) Someone answers the phone no matter what time/day you call. #3) Not only are you guaranteed to get a person when you call, you can expect either to be immediately transferred to someone who can help you OR someone will call you right back (or email if that is your preference). #4) Pricing was fair ($3k less than the HVAC installer my GC hired!). #5)Communication is top notch, Ryan was open and respectful when communicating with me and my general contractor. One example, when I got to the job site on a Saturday, it didn't look exactly how I had expected, I left a message (with a real, live person) and got a call back from Ryan within 20 minutes. He was helpful in answering my questions and was not at all condescending (unlike the guy who wanted to charge me $3k more for the same job). For reference, I had 2 ventless AC & heating units installed in my 800sq ft cottage. If you need HVAC work done, I would absolutely recommend Loescher HVAC in Monroe.
