She procrastinates, she doesn't contact you, doesn't follow up, the taxes don't get done so the IRS fined me for not paying on time. The client ends up suffering multiple fines because of her incompetence. And all she could offer was she could lower her fee. She delayed some paperwork because of the delay it took so much longer after she was supposed to give me a notification that there was still a large bill to pay.dont waste your time with them even though I called her about it, she gave me the wrong advice and I missed out on important payments.

I am going on working with Benning Group LLC for the 3rd year for my small business. The accountant that I work with is very responsive and easy to work with. I have been super happy and feel confident my taxes and being completed accurately!

Substandard service, they drug their feet and produced no results so I refused to pay. They sued me , i did not have a lawyer so I got screwed and have to pay them anyway. My new Accountant actually did my taxes that they claimed they did but did not. After court I recieved no letters or contact from them on .payment I will be forced to make but was recently served papers for contempt of court . These people are a nightmare. I would not recommend Benning group for anything.
