        The copy shop in this store is horrible. The capability to bring a high quality digital image and make it into any number of printed items should be standard. Staples has limited their design to what they have available on the website, and the store employees have no flexibility. The associate who helped me today didn't have the capability within the system to flex with my needs (which were pretty relaxed) and even with my suggestions of ways to work within the available restrictions, she wasn't able to print a sample page of mailing labels - she would need to do the whole 10 page + job and then I would need to reject it if it didn't look ok! I took my business elsewhere.
