He was present every step of the way, answered all of our annoying question very patiently and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable throughout the buying process. He even bought our kids things for their rooms so they would feel welcomed! It was and is a true pleasure to know him and we feel super blessed to have been able to work with him! We were so fortunate to work with Lane Manning in the sale of our home as we transitioned into a condo. Prior to having an open house, Lane interviewed several neighbors neighbors to learn about the neighborhood and why people liked the neighborhood. This also gave him the opportunity to see if they might know someone that might be interested. He has a great personality and is a hard worker. I highly recommend anyone wishing to sell their home retain Lane. From the day we signed the listing contract he began selling the property and even used a drone to get overhead pictures.
