This place has it all: ethics & professionalism, knowledgeable staff, amazing medical grade products, and a wonderfully decorated, beautiful office space! If you missed any of the open houses, be sure to go check the next one out if you get a chance. After a horrific experience at Carbon World Health (a married doctor texting me and hitting on me? No thanks), I sought a new place and found Estella through a my friends. At my first appt, Alison made me feel extremely comfortable right away. We discussed all my woes: uneven skin tone, aging undereye and fine lines (my damned 11's!!! ugh), and... gasp! hair loss. She literally fixed it all. She applies her experience to help recommend ideas and options without ANY pressure. But she makes the decisions easy to make with thorough education and up-front pricing. After a great hydrafacial & botox appt, we talked face first. I decided on a 3-part Microneedle/PRP/ laser treatment for my face - which took some effort on my part to protect my skin from the elements for the 3-month treatment plan. The results: I now wear ZERO makeup. I used to wear Estee Lauder double wear foundation & power together to get the results I now see "naturally" post-treatment completion. Today, I wear Alastin tinted sunscreen from Estella (love it, never going back to OTC products after trying this line), and if I need it, I wear a little concealer for dark circles. That's it - my skin looks rejuvenated and the best part: no chemicals. It wasn't too uncomfortable either, and the appointments were actually fun thanks to the staff and the interior decorations (seriously, so fun!! very unique - ask her the story of what inspired the whole thing, it's pretty cool). The aftercare products were amazing; the amount of "stuff" I received during the treatment made all the difference, too: light therapy, serums and balms to protect the face before leaving the office all to protect the new skin layers. It was clear her process was very well thought out for max results while in the office, and at home between appointments. Next: hair loss. My bangs literally stopped growing, followed by sudden thinning all over. I was stressed out, mortified by this "new look", and, well, I'm in my mid 40's so it seemed like I just had to accept this. But in my conversations with Alison, I learned about PRP and Micro-needling for hair restoration. I had to try it! And... after 2 treatments, my bangs grew and now I need regular hair cuts again after wondering if I'd have hair left by 2024! I have one treatment left, and besides the growth I see plenty of baby hairs, plus my hair is getting thicker. I'm shy about posting pictures, but if you want to see the before/after shots, visit the office to see mine and many, many others :) No I'm not paid for this. I just believe in & love local places that provide honest service with a high level of knowledge based in science & education, and with professionalism and stellar ethics... plus a great staff with fun personalities :) Services: HydraFacial, Vampire facial, Microneedling, BOTOX treatments
