Attorney Toby Kinsler made a difficult process, not so difficult. He was very knowledgeable and professional about the whole process. He did everything he could to make my life easier considering the circumstances which was extremely appreciated especially considering I am a mother of two young girls that keep me busy. He took his time to make sure I understood everything and provided excellent service. Mr. Tobias Kinsler is a breath of fresh air in amongst a polluted community of large law firms. I went through a few lawyers at the beginning of my tumultuous divorce proceedings. A good friend referred me to Toby because he has passion and will give you the edge you need. With my previous lawyers I didnt feel like I was being heard on custody issues and felt my multifaceted financial situation wasnt being dealt with properly due to their high case loads and lack of knowledge in this area. Most importantly he managed to navigate complex emotions during a very difficult time. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a lawyer who truly cares about you and ultimately your end goal! In the past I had a hard time getting a timely response to questions and was over charged for each minute they spent on the case, and I still didnt get what I needed from them. Toby is reachable and very hands on! He always had time to get back to me even when he was on a family vacation or holidays! In my mind this was key, seeing as thats when major issues arose with placement issues. To say the least, Toby took on a huge undertaking when he agreed to represent me. I will be straight forward with the kinds of things he had to overcome for me my husband had an affair, I got an owi with my children in the car, essentially had them taken from me, he had to deal with a biased GAL and difficult opponent. And to top it off Toby took great time and care sorting out the intricate web of financial history and family money. He was straightforward and isnt afraid to tell you he is going to be real with you. And he will, but its all done with your best interest in mind. He got me my kids back in short order, untangled the financial mess, and finalized my divorce.
