I have worked with Ken Koscik and his team on various projects at three different properties over the past five or so years, including everything from hanging artwork to carpentry work to remodeling a master bathroom. KC's team is a pleasure to work with, their pricing is always very reasonable, and the quality of their work is excellent. Ken is able to handle most of the projects I run by him, and when something is beyond the scope of his company's work he always has helpful recommendations for alternate contractors. I find myself recommending Ken to friends and family in the area often, and they're always very happy with his work too.
