The Fairways Apartments

I love our Apartment we have it so cute and cozy! The atmosphere here is peaceful and welcoming. John M helped us with all our questions and made it easy. I appreciate every time I pick up a package they all are very helpful and SMILE. Thank you!!

This is my first apartment in the area. I love Fitchburg for its affordability and proximity to the rest of Madison. The Fairways backs up against a pretty nice neighborhood and is right near a school which means the area is decently safe. I worked with John Mack and he was AWESOME! Answered my questions quickly, and was super polite and understanding during the move. Only downside to my entire time living here (Which has been about six months) was there is a funky smell in the hallway from a neighbor who evidently has dogs they can't take car of. I've reported it and unfortunately because the smell is inconsistent, and not causing property damage, Fairways told me they can't do much.

John Mack aka Mr. smiley always has the best customer service always greeted with a big smile! My roomate and i LOVE our apartment im definitely staying another year! We were really impressed on the apartment he showed us! NEW carpets fresh painted walls, TWO sinks! TWO bedrooms AND A POOL? What? Thanks John! I definitely recommend Fairway apartments! And its a fair price!!!
