We worked with Mike to come up with plans for a kitchen remodel/expansion. Our home is almost a century old, so it comes with unique character and considerations. Mike provided us with amazing plans for the project, taking these considerations into account so that our upgrade would be consistent with the character of our home. He was a great communicator throughout and we couldn't recommend him more highly.

Phenomenal. Genuine. Imaginative These words are just the beginning of our description of interactions that we had working with Mike at Guideline Studios during the design phase of our home remodeling project. Mike immediately implemented a thoughtful, genuine, and personal process of getting to know us and our current site. He spent time with our family and really listened to what we wanted. We felt heard and understood throughout the process. We ran into a host of zoning issues throughout the process and Mike advised us/navigated each one with grace and punctuality that allowed us to move forward with a design that retained our vision while also maximizing functionality. We would absolutely recommend Guideline Studios to anyone who is looking for architectural work.
