Select Disposal was incredible to work with! I have not experienced customer service of that quality in a long long time. They were so courteous and accommodating. My wife and were coming in from Oshkosh to Cudahy. We needed to clean out my mother-in-law's home in preparation for her upcoming move. They dropped the 20 yard dumpster off on time on Friday. I had concerns of having it picked up prior to us leaving on Monday. The driver (Alex) left me his cell number stating he would be the one picking it up and to call him Sunday night for an estimated Monday pick up time. We worked all day Friday and by the end of the day on Saturday the dumpster was full. We were not even close and needed another one. I called Alex on Sunday morning and he actually answered. I asked if there was any chance he could get us another one today. He said he would try and call his boss. He called me right back and had another dumpster for us in a couple of hours allowing us to finish on schedule. UNBELIEVABLE, on a Sunday. Select did not even upcharge for a weekend.
