I came from a competitor in the liquid tank division, and have been with Rogers Cartage since November 2022. When I come in off the road, my terminal manager checks in with me, just to chat, ask how I'm doing. That's important to me, cause it shows that he really cares. The last company I worked for, I only spoke to the terminal manager, when I made a mistake. Here, I feel I have made less mistakes, because unlike my last company, they actually set you up for a couple weeks, for training. For me, my trainer Chris Listas, was an encyclopedia, who made sure I went back with the information I needed, to become an even better driver! They make you feel important, that your hard work is noticed. The only way I'm able to get the miles, is they also have the best in mechanics, to keep you on the road! Thanks for your hard work Joe! It was a .06 cent increase in pay per mile, and lower insurance deductibles too. So, for me personally, I'm very happy! Like all truckers, I have nothing to lose, and everything to gain. Its worth checking out!
