        I agree with all these comments. CSR are very rude and sound like they are faking it til they make it. Hire some better CSR, I have applied and been denied so many times and wonder how some of these ppl even got hired. Ive worked for numerous call centers in Washington State and they would never hold on to a lot of these employees. I dont even call anymore and dont even care anymore thats how bad the CS is
