I came here a few days ago & bought 4 pairs of shoes. 1 of them was the. wrong size. I should have checked. That was my fault. I will own up to that. But we needed to do an exchange, so we literally called this store & a kid told us the shoes we asked for were in stock. We drive 20 minutes North to get them in the middle of a work day. My husband arrives & the kid cant find them! He lied when he said they had them. The employee said he was "busy & assumed the shoes were there". How about WE were busy & now we have to drive all the way to Wauwatosa. So inconsiderate. So upsetting. We have supported this store constantly & try to avoid purchasing online to help local businesses. And when this happens, it's just irritating. I don't know if it's seasonal staff or what. Not trying to get people fired or in trouble but clearly there needs to be better training. We buy shoes & I definitely will not be coming back for a while. EDIT: the icing on the cake. Another employee told us he would call Mayfair. Over the phone they told him they had the shoe in stock. We get to Mayfair and they said they didnt have them & that no one even called!! So this kid CALLED THE WRONG STORE And sent us to the wrong one!! This store has wasted nearly 2 hours of our time. For nothing.
