        We reserved the 24/7 truck and when we were following the app to find our truck it gave us the complete opposite direction for the truck. It never gave us our key lock number or code and I had to call and wait. The whole thing took an hour when it should have been tops 10 minutes. Not happy. Also we never received a receipt when we dropped off for the total.
