We originally approached Brian and Jan a couple of years ago and after a few weeks they sold our apartment. Unfortunately at the time( non of us knew this) the building had a few issues and our association took the builders to court). The sale fell through. Fast forward to 2023, during the litigation period we kept in contact with Jan and Brian and after everything was sorted we approached them again. They were amazing from start to finish. We had plans to travel , not a problem! They organized everything, from staging the apartment to the final closing all in our absence. My wife and I have bought and sold quite a few properties over the years and we've had many brokers in many different cities. Brian and Jan have been the best of the bunch. They listen well and never push properties that are marginal. They don't waste your time. They paid attention to our comments as we walked through the properties and filed them away to refine their searches. They are not pushy.
