So today was my first meeting with Dr Katherine Carpenter and she is absolutely AMAZING!!! I felt comfortable immediately and her whole vibe was just amazing. I think I found the perfect therapist for me and my needs! I cant wait to continue our sessions!

Lifestance Health has been paramount in the improvement of my mental health. Ive had 2 psychiatrists, Dr. Medlock (retired) and Dr. Heidelmeir who have worked tirelessly to find a treatment plan that suits my lifestyle and my body. They take into consideration genetics, family history, personal needs, and medication minimalism.
My therapist, Emma Low, is such a warm and compassionate soul. I cant imagine starting over with a new therapist.
-1 star as occasionally, reception can be hard to reach and/or less warm. However, a lot of the reception work can be done independently on the iPad or online, which is preferred for me. They also make it easy to access mental health care by working with insurance AND posting payments on the portal to be paid whenever the patient is able to. Ive never been denied care from a late payment.
The waiting room is so cozy and comfortable. My Mukwonago Lifestance office could certainly use some of Glendale/Franklins inspiration.

I have had nothing but bad experiences with therapists since moving to Wisconsin. Today I started at LifeStance and walked out feeling positive about my therapist and looking forward to continuing with LifeStance!
