While an intended bath remodel was being done, an incidental leak was found in 2nd bath. Schoof's Plumbing and Mark of Emerald City Tile both, were dependable, respectful, reliable, affordable and above all, so so talented in their craft. Pleased beyond words!

Note: I did not receive service from Schoofs. I had Kevin out to do a bid at my house which went well. He let me know he'd get me a quote in a few days. Several weeks later, I followed up since I had not received it. They said they'd get back to me in a few days. They did not. A month later, I called to see if I could still get the quote and went to voicemail. They never replied. 3 weeks later, I called again and went to voicemail. They never replied. Also, Schoofs installed my water heater, which had a small gas leak that was noted by both WE Energies and a contracted who did an energy audit as part of an air seal and insulation job. Correcting this issue was part of the scope of my quote. Overall, everyone I've spoken to has been very friendly and helpful when I speak to them. However, the 1 job I had done has a safety issue, and I can't get ahold of them to both fix it and help out with a series of other project at our house.

If you need any plumbing work done Schoof Plumbing is awesome. They are local from Saint Francis and their prices are very reasonable. We had all our pipes changed over to copper. They did it in two days and minimum water outage Frank worked pretty much nonstop and does fantastic work.
