In July of 2023, I fell while ice skating and very unfortunately broke my back as a 25 year old. I could barely move, barely take care of myself or my house. After months of healing, rest, and physical therapy with Carol, I have been able to go back to skating and just qualified with my team for the National Championships! I tried 3 different physical therapists before finding Carol, not one worked for me and eliminated my pain. Now I have no restrictions, am very active, and am pain free!! This would not have been possible without Carol's compassionate care, expertise, and investment in my healing. I highly recommend her!

Carols expertise with dry needling she started the program at Aurora years ago- is unparalleled. Ive gotten amazing results in terms of increased mobility and substantially decreased pain/irritation. Im a huge fan!! Tune-ups are key and Carol is so engaging that it makes the time fly. Her Third Ward office location at Vitality promotes a headling, healthy environment.
