A company representative quickly called me back and arranged a visit to our home within a few days. His professional yet casual approach was encouraging and helped us see that we could indeed survive the renovation project. I provided a list of suppliers who were prepared to make helpful suggestions regarding e.g. paint color on the walls, type of tiles in the bathroom, etc. 6. willing to work on making my design suggestions a reality (example: different tile patterns in the bathroom) and provided sound advice if changes were required, 7. adjustments were made where necessary without haggling, 8. adjustments were made during construction to extend the scope of work, 9. the quality of the joinery and painting was very good, 10. customer satisfaction was clearly valued.
