        customer service excellent! didnt pressure me on any decisions, let me know what was wrong with my car, and my bumper was hanging off they even put tape on it (quick temporary fix) without me asking!

        The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in making sure I understood my car's issues as well as what it would take to fix them. Tom, the manager, was especially kind and considerate in the care of my car and provided superb customer service.

        The Firestone team always completes any of my cars needed repairs in a timely fashion and are great at communicating any issue and costs before servicing. Their customer service is always on point! They have always been reliable with all of my repairs and Ive never had to go more than once for the same issue. Can get pricey but its worth the reliability!
