*Update* After my review and complain to the BBB about Velasquez Complete Auto repair deceptive practices and providing proof and documentation. This business has the audacity to respond to the complaint and say that I provided false information and never contacted them by email when I provided the copy of the email attempting to resolve the matter. They created a copy of the invoice and added the no warranty disclaimer and stated that I was informed about the warranty disclaimer and coverage. However that invoice is not signed by me as acceptance of the terms and the original copy on my possession does not have that statement of the warranty disclaimer. Customer service representative stated tht they never received any emails from me. And when I called that they supposedly informed to me that it migh be the oxygen sensor. First no one gave me that information by phone because no one answered the calls. Now, how can you can give or guess a diagnostic by phone call without running the computer code for the check engine light?? Then, they replied to the initial review here in order for me to contact them by email, well I did and until now I am still waiting for their response. ***See the BBB complaints for this business. I changed my catalytic converter on 2022 the same year it broke they replaced it and it didn't last only 3 months. I called again and they ignored my calls, then I was informed that they changed the register system and they didn't have any of my information in the new system. The representative told me to contact the warranty department I left numerous voicemails and email. I never received a response from this business. I hold the copy of the receipt with the warranty terms stipulated. It's very unprofessional and disrespectful to treat customers who paid outrageous prices to receive professional and quality services. I, DO NOT recommend this business.
