        This contract is horrible can't wait until the lease is up, No integrity what so ever, changes contract whenever they feel like it. too expensive, Regus is a very shady company. Please don't reply with that computer generated response. Just want you to know. Warning, do not do business with Regus.

        Shady company. Will try and suck every penny they can out of you. Lady at front desk tries to play both sides of every situation. Asks friendly to your face and talks bad as soon as you leave. Will tow your companies vehicle without notifying you and then claim they sent out emails regarding this vehicle. Never happened. Never notified. Will put small sections in contract that will affect your rent price. So please read every line. Matter of fact, just dont go with these guys. Please dont. Nice location, etc. but thats about it!

        Horrible. Been with them for a year. Just renewed another year. Come to find out they increased my rent by nearly 50% without informing me. They state they put a section in the contract that will allow them to increase rent by a small amount. I guess 50% is a small amount? Feel like I got scammed from these people. I have been a loyal client for a year plus now this. Please anyone reading this, DONT USE REGUS
