Love this place, but two major gripes have me not being able to give 5 stars. First and foremost, as a vegetarian, the vegetarian ramen is sadly so bland, and the server never asked if I wanted any sauces or spices to add to make it better. adding sauce is typical at most ramen places. All the ingredients are there, but compared to the meat dishes it just doesnt have the flavor. If spices were added or increased, 5 star vegetarian ramen instantly. As it is now.. barely salty broth with unseasoned tofu. The second is the confusing gratuity that they add. Im not mad about tipping servers, but I am confused and frustrated at an 18% gratuity added automatically, but not prominently featured on the tip line. We were genuinely confused if the gratuity was for the server or not and felt obligated to tip more than was probably necessary because of this. It really should be made clear, because it felt like the gratuity was hidden. Like I want the servers to get paid, but I also dont understand what exactly should be paid if the automatic gratuity isnt explicitly stated to be for the server.

Build your own Ramen or try one of their classic bowls, try some unique sushi burritos, and some Boba tea. Artisan has a fun atmosphere with Manga films playing on the wall. Great service.

Its a perfect spot for date, friends, etc The food was delicious and really nice space. Our waitress was Zoe and she was so great and attentive. Definitely look forward to coming back!
