Been on the waiting so long my referral expired. What do they do? Put me back at the bottom of the waiting list (at least 6 months) verses offering a spot on their cancellation list since it's already been over a year. Don't waste your time.. just go somewhere else where they actually try to help. Zero stars..

I want to talk to a therapist or see a psychiatrist and called two weeks ago. The girl put me on a call back list and made it sound like they would reach out in a few days. I called two weeks later and the tell me Im on the call back list which is 4-5 MONTHS! I understand they are busy but please let patients know the real wait times. I would have looked elsewhere 2 weeks ago.

As experienced visiting this place today this place is a worth place i ever seem in Milwaukee. I never recommend anyone going to visit here. The counselor don't even know how to treat with customer she needs to see a real psychologist first to adjust her attitude before she consulting to customer. She thought she is only one physiologist in the entire state but she doesn't know there is line up out there who can give service better than her. I made an appointment one month ago when I noticed my uncle behavior and having problem in his memory to find out a way to return his memory become normal but the counselor refused to disclose about him despite my uncle permitted. If i can not tell to her about my uncle behavior and what is wrong with him that support in the case how she knows exactly what's wrong with him. Despite having permission to discuss on behalf of my uncle if the counselor refused to give me answer regarding him so why should I have to made this appointment? I think this place is opening only wasting insurance money this place should shutdown rather than making disappointed customer.
