If youre vulnerable or sensitive do NOT select Trudie Johnson for your psychiatrist. Ive been a patient here for over 10 years and have come to expect greatness. Im devastated by her rudeness, shes overworked with hundreds of patients ( she actually told me so!) and will make rash and inappropriate conclusions about what you are! Just HORRIBLE. I left there crying and never want to go back.

No one answers the triage line. I've been trying to call for over 24 hours, left two messages. No way of knowing what's going on with my loved one.

I have called numerous times and left voicemails within the past 3 months trying to set up an appointment with a my doctors referral and no one ever picks up the phone. I even went in person trying to set up an appointment and was just told that they would have someone reach out to me as soon as possible. Whenever I call I get an automated machine operator. Its frustrating for others and myself trying to seek mental health and no one can attend to our needs

Went inpatient voluntarily. This is one of the better ones Ive stayed at. I like the room was single and there was a private shower and no beds were locked. Only thing i didn't like was there was no explanation of rules and regulations, or what to do about needing a new hospital gown, robe, socks, toiletries- i had to ask another patient. Every time I asked the nurse for something, theyd forget. If youre busy and understaffed, i dont know tell me and bring a notepad so you know. I literally asked for towels and i asked someone else who asked the original nurse did she ask for towels which she said no which was a lie. Also when I saw the housekeeper did she clean my room and she said yes and i looked and nothing was cleaned. The meds? They dont give you the correct ones at the time thats needed. I like there were groups at 915 1115 and 1 but no real getting to the root of why we are there and what we can do to prevent repeat hospitalizations but after that absolutely nothing but TV and books. And when im anxious enough and can't concentrate that doesnt help. The food was good though. But please have a handout of what to expect while someones inpatient because i was like a wondering kid trying to figure things out.
