I have been trying to contact this facility ( physical therapy)for days. I need to schedule appointments prior to my surgery. I have left several messages for the department, supervisors etc... I still have not heard anything. It would have been convenient to visit this clinic. If you have an emergency drive right passed this place. Unprofessional and they have no business handling medical care.

Completely rude staff, did not pay attention to me at all. The lady at the desk was having a conversation with someone else while me and my mother were trying to talk to her. The nurse and doctor assigned to me were judging me and being completely my doctor then told my mom in these exact words I dont feel like dealing with her, go to childrens, you should send her to drug rehab or the psych ward I should mention I do not have a drug problem and I did not feel welcomed at all. Everything I said was push aside like i didnt matter. I will never go back to that place. I recommend you dont either and especially recommend you bring your children there.
