        If I could give 0 stars I would. They say their labels are made in the USA. Not! Actually they are made in Mexico. Years of experience with Brady products tells me to go with anything else. Brady printer i7100 makes lots of scrap Edit: Brady took the printer for repair. The loaner made more scrap than the printer being repaired. Brought it back. Has a different issue...

        Order a cartridge online for a printer, after receiving the item I open the cartridge &and realize it Dosent fit, called to get Rma number Customer representative Elizabeth Hanson Went above & beyond, she credit my account back for the full amount.
