      Hey Kevin, sorry for the inconvenience. There is no way for us to prevent this. We receive lots of calls to enquire about inventory but providing services to the in store customer is our top priority. We relate to your frustration, but we just don't receive enough high demand items. Its purely a luck game, even for us sometimes. Thank you for understanding.
