      This client hired us eleven years ago. Despite the fact that we promptly filed his asylum case with the US Government and represented him at the initial hearing, he has never paid us the agreed fees. After we sent him an invoice we have never heard from him again, until this review. We have well over 60 hours of work on his case from January, 2013 until June, 2013, when he ghosted us. We have had no control over this matter since then and we have had no ability to represent him or otherwise provide any assistance since. I remember that he was upset because of the estimated time delay in the Court after his hearing, but no one can control the US Court system or the fact that the Immigration Court is understaffed and backed up for years.

      image I did some digging on diligent employment lawyers. Scott was one that was matched with me and also it was backed up by a friend of mine who is in the legal community. Jude his para is the most kind person ever. I am in nursing school and my retainer is not something outrageous but they are still willing to keep my case until I get funding to them. I am so grateful for the free 30min consult with Scott. He kept me focused and on point with his questions and needs in order to gain a grasp on my case at hand. I finally felt heard by someone.       We have completed a search of our data base and we cannot find any clients with this name. I have no idea who this person is or that we have ever met them. A search of this person shows that they are living in Hamilton, Canada, and we do not have any clients from Canada. I can only surmise that they have the wrong Joe Seifert, as there are quite a few nationwide.
