All I wanted to do is buy a speedqueen commercial dryer. Their 414 number sends you to someone in California that will send a message to the Midwest Regional sales manager that will get you in touch with the store on 40th st. In Milwaukee within a few days...maybe....

They raise the price on the washer and dryers they never give you a refunds what do you lose money in the washer and dryer machine bad management

When calling about an issue the lady is snarky on the phone. Once I was told Im the only one with a problem. Im the property manager so I call for my tenants. If your a landlord do not make your tenants give these people their hard earned money.

Machines are absolutely awful and the app just steals your money. Thankfully I've been refunded for the money spent. However, there's no point in having a machine that runs off an app if the app just steals your money and doesn't run the machine. I and many other fellow tenants have tried contacting our landlord and reporting the issue, but are immediately told to call Coin Appliances, and they do nothing to fix the issues. My clothes smell bad now, and I'm not even sure if the machines are cleaned properly. If you're a landlord, please don't do your tenants dirty by using Coin Appliances.
