        very un happy with the level of service we receiveed last season. recommend brown deer lawn service if you r in the area. much better quality and responsiveness

        Using Tactical Lawn Services for almost 2 years, unfortunately they fail to show up when the snow flies, leaving us high and dry. The owner, Mike tells us they did not receive a signed contact when email shows that it was sent and received.(Trust me, his bills and payments always found their way)  "no room for an existing customer" Is what we are told.  Wouldn't a good business owner call a client if they did not get the contract back, especially from a larger account? Beware on this one, he just wants quick flips...small yards, and driveways to make more $$ No loyalty to his customers from this business!
