        Rigo Arnezeder was unprofessional, he didnt put the barcode correctly trying to authenticate my product, then went on to saying that my products were fake & that I was lying ? I asked if he could re type it since he had only done it once & I had at that moment verified on my phone using the same website/app & did get results - he refused & continued to insist I was lying. I had receipts of reputable company from original sale but he also refused to see them stuck on calling me a liar.

        My ex husband and I have been buying our jewelry from here since the owner first started...waaay back in Southgate days he's always been our "go to guy" when it came to buying our jewelry for our 5 shortiez and ourselves! Our youngest is almost 30 and that's how long we've been customers!! I've never had any complaints!! Keep ur the great work you're the southsides #1 jewelry spot in my eyes!!
