Please go to another institution. This is the very last place on earth I would do business with. They require antiquated processes and have no flexibility for exceptions. As a LISTED BENEFICIARY I still had to jump through hoops for months trying to find a medallion signature (I.e., a place that still provided that service) with no additional assistance from them--every bit of clarification I had to pull from them. Every single step of the multi-month long process was made as difficult as possible: Need to submit that form? Oh we can't accept a pdf sent via email. You've got to fax it, even if it doesn't require a notary. It's 2023 and they only accept fax and snail mail. I'm surprised they didn't make me seal it in an envelope with a heated wax press with the crest of my family and deliver it by horse drawn carriage. Please save yourself the headache and go to another institution.
