      Hi Mike. I am SO sorry to hear this. I did not know that your were unsatisfied with my staff or Agency during the home policy issues. I did some research and found our Agency had 9 contacts with you between 12/5/2023 and 2/9/2024 when all issues were resolved. I truly apologize that I did not get involved personally and will review this with staff immediately.
