Needed help with my insurance on my house there was excellent customer service and my agent Mr Wesley was on point didn't waste no time I wouldn't go any were else THANKS AGAIN !

I try to do budiness w black businesses but Rodney reminded me why its sometimes hard to. First he insuring the wrong address. I let that go. Then it specific request from the lender that were not being responded to. I had to call and explain they want my balance owed not just the total amount of the premium. Rodney yelled at me and argued with me every time I tried to explain what I needed. I closed and let it go out of being too busy to switch agents. After several request of how much my premiums are separately being in billed by two different lenders he can not answer the question, Causing my escrow to be incorrect. Even though he told me two weeks ago that he would send the premiums with the amount for each one separated. Today he called to tell me I was charged too much and sounding confused and making rude comments when I ask a question like I called you. In other words saying he only wants to talk about what he called me for. One word sums him up. Ignorant. Today was the day. Ill be switching to a more professional agent. Being black is simply not enough.
