        Highly recommend. Miss Lisa Pageler called me after I sent an email this morning. She is amazing, assisted me in completing bank payment while I await a new issued card from my financial institution. Otherwise I would have a lapse in coverage without her! Very grateful to Robertson Ryan & Lisa.

        They told me they cut a check that morning. On 1/24/2024 and mailed it the next day. Its 2/10/2024 I have not received the check. I have not talked to anyone in person other than the receptionist who hung up on me in the middle of a sentence. No one has called or talked to me. I recieved 1 email after I called literally ten time. My wife was right next to me. Ive been giving the run around. Now the owner takes his time to comment here and accuse me of lying. No body called me. Nobody has reached out. The two ladies that helped me. Dont answer the phone anymore. I had to look up the main number to call, to get ahold of anyone. Now I get treated like Im a liar and a trouble causer. No , stay away from these guys. Especially if youre out of state. And its been way more than 10 times. Horrible company, in my opinion.

      We regret to learn of Mr. Millett's dissatisfaction with his recent experience. Following an internal review involving our agent and service team, it was determined that the cancellation process for his policy entails a mandatory 30-day period due to federal filings. Given the complexity of the policy involving multiple parties, we adhered to the insurance carrier's established procedure to facilitate the cancellation on behalf of the insured. We communicated to the client the day prior to the review being posted that a reimbursement check had been dispatched. Our team takes pride in consistently delivering high levels of service, making it particularly surprising that there were allegedly 10 unanswered phone calls.
