Hyatt Place Milwaukee Airport

Very close to the airport . Check-in was not a hassle. Rooms were clean. Being close to the airport, it was still quiet. The breakfast was delicious, there were three people taking care that the food remained ready for the next guest. They were using nice plates and eating wear. My apologies, I did not take pictures .

All I can say is me and my family stay at this hotel and it was horrible and they are very racist me myself as in African America black woman took a few of my son friends to stay the night and to swim for his b day we got watch from the time we was there from the time we ate there free breakfast in all we was treated like we was monsters booked 2 rooms which was suites one for my mom and me she had the girls I had the boys got lied on and said we was smoking in the room which none of my family member smoke!!!! I had nothing but children with me they called the police on us in all they put a letter on my door stating we was having a loud party and smoking weed which was lies!!! When I went to the front desk and asked about the letter I was told they put this letter on every person door that was staying in the hotel door which was lies!!! when the police got there and checked everything out and clearly nothing happen cause it was all a lie I told the police u can come in check my room they didnt cause they said if we was smoking they would have been noticed the smell walking to where are room was located not only the police told my family that this is not the first time they had gotten a call when its a large amount of black staying at this hotel not to mention kids went swimming early that day we checked in Friday was suppose to check out Sunday but after all the bull happen we left early when the kids went swimming earlier that Saturday they was fine that afternoon a worker name George Markos. Came to the the pool area acting like he was checking the water temperature he had a cup of idk what!!! He pour it in the water 5 to 10 mins later the children screaming jumping out the pool cause there skin and eyes was on fire !!!! Yess I have proof and pics tried reaching out to somebody over them but they made it seem like we was the issue/ problem but the problem but the real problem was because we was black!!!!! We was belittle disrespected and treated like we wasnt humans its 2024 this experience that happen to me and my family made me feel like we was back in the days when it was slavery!!!
