Brewhouse Inn & Suites

My stay was great. Short walk to the Fiserv arena. They put a lot of money into restoring the brewery and making rooms, so I didn't mind the cost. The room I had was clean and perfect. It even had a small kitchen that I used. TV in the room could have been bigger to watch the college basketball championship game. They should have made the beds every day and not by request since the room was pricey. Also, they should mention that there is free street parking a couple blocks towards the left if you are on a budget and want to avoid the forty dollar valet fee and the twenty dollar parking garage fee. The restaurant next door was useless to me because it was never open when I needed it. Never heard of a restaurant that serves dinner that closes at 8 PM on a weekend.

No USB chargers in room. Don't forget your block. Great service, great shuttle and valet help. Will stay again when going to a game.

If you like bad service, here is your place. Stayed 2 nights and planned on taking their shuttle to and from Fiserv Forum. It was forty minutes late in picking us up to go to the game and never picked us up afterwards. I'm disabled with a cane and called the hotel and was told to " walk back, it's only six blocks". Tried getting an Uber but those had a half hour wait. Huffed it back to the hotel and was told sorry. Next morning I complained to the front desk about my experience and was told it's not their fault or problem. Worst customer service I've ever had from a hotel. Will never stay there again.

The staff is great in the history of the place is amazing! Really love all of the Pabst brewery history.
