        We arrived at the room in the middle of winter and the room smells like cigarettes, it is frozen, there is no place to put the suitcases, there are only two hangers in the room and the hotel staff has terrible treatment with the guests, they yelled at my wife with profanity. It is the worst experience of my life.

        The place is a shame. The rooms are cold, with the smell of tobacco and the bathrooms without furniture or space to leave basic things. Furthermore, the treatment of the staff leaves a lot to be desired, they are aggressive and mistreated. They make improper charges on the credit card Safety: A very unsafe place on the part of the staff, since they are aggressive, abusers of power. They scream and invade personal space
