Design Within Reach

Did my homework and bought a Mirra 2 office chair from DWR in milwaukee about a year ago. The chair has been amazing. If you have a bad back, I highly recommend this chair. If I had known my old office chair was the main source of my back pain, I would have moved on this years ago. As for DWR. The staff was also amazing. They went through all the chair's features so I could design and order the exact chair I wanted. 5 Stars !!!!!

Amazing store and products. Iftekhar was especially helpful. He took the time to explain all the features of the computer chair that I was interested in. Absolutely 5 star customer service. I look forward to ordering more from this location. Highly recommend stopping on in.

Very cool and really liked the experience of going through this place. Got some great ideas just by walking around. I wish there was a place like this here in Louisville, KY!

Terrible customer service. Will not respond to our requests. Telephone goes to voicemail loop. No reply to emails. Repeated deliveries scheduled (and we wait) but no one shows up. We're left with partial order and no idea if anything else will show up ever. Will never work with Design Within Reach again and seeking refund.

Staff and product has gone way down over the past couple years. Floor displays are all filthy and disorganized. Staff barely acknowledged us or the other couple in the store. A very far cry from what we experienced there 4 years ago. They must be on the path to bankruptcy. Avoid!
