A real conversation, transcribed from video footage, that I had with an employee stopped in the bike lane at Pittsburgh & 2nd (a dangerous intersection) with empty parking spots both ahead and behind the delivery van: "Think you could move up? Into a parking spot?" "It wasn't there when I PARKED!" "Okay. Could you move please? Or this one?" "F'n A-HOLE!" Your hazard blinkers are not "Park Anywhere!" lights. You endanger my life on my way to work, but I'm the f'n a-hole? You need reality and attitude checks. I hope this isn't indicative of your business's customer service. Perfect place for flower shop owners to get what they need to keep their business going. Nice and friendly staff also.

I have never felt so belittled by kennicot team. I work for a church and up intil Christmas we had purchased our flower from them. Today they they told us we were no longer a customer of theirs and they refused to sell to churches. The staff looked like a bunch of robots angry with no expression. They attacked every word I said, and I couldn't wait to get out of there. If they treat all their customers this way I'm sure they won't be in business long. Back to karthauser for me. At least they are in it to serve the customer.

Called about wanting to be a potential customer, was transferred over to lady who "would be able to help me." when i got transferred, the lady was super rude to me. I had questions I wanted to ask but she kept on closing me off and then when she found out I wasn't a retail florist she shut me off right away even before listening to what I wanted to ask and say. As a potential customer, I would not want to come to this shop solely based on her attitude and the way she talked to me. She belittled me and talked to me like I'm dumb and that is not how anyone, let alone customers/new customers, should be talked to. She needs to go back and be retrained on her customer service, and should immediately reevaluate her kindness and attitude towards others. Thank you.
