Scheduled an appointment (30 minutes after the scheduled appointment), no one called nor showed up. I contacted the company and was informed (by the owner) that the serviceman was supposed to be on his way. That he would call the serviceman because he shouldn't be far from my home. With the upmost inconsideration of my time; I never received the follow up call regarding the serviceman being en route. Honestly, I never heard back from the owner nor the serviceman). Very unprofessional. This review is in reference to the rescheduled appointment. First appointment was scheduled for August 22, 2023 (someone was suppose to text me if the appointment could be rescheduled for the 23 - never received a text). So, I called on the 24th and rescheduled for the 25th. That's when no one showed up nor contacted me. So, I again contacted your office (cell phone number) Dave told me Eric should have been en route. He would call him and confirm his location. After that conversation I never heard back for anyone from your company.
