Getting connected to and working with CH Law has truly been a blessing! From personal experience, making sure your affairs are in order is an absolute MUST! I used to fly by the seat of my pants, living every day on the edge without a care in the world for what the future held for my next of kin when I was no longer here. Once my mother passed, and my father shortly after - I was alone and frankly overwhelmed on what the next day would bring for me. Both of my parents had nothing set up for when they passed, no wills, no trust, nothing. Which makes the grieving process that much worse when you are having to deal with figuring out how to pay for a funeral, trying to recollect any memory you have of what their final wishes were or might have been, who gets what treasured possession, dealing with family members disagreeing over anything and everything, it was frankly not a good time. After that experience, I knew I needed to get my act together so my family would never have to go through what I did with my parents. But I had no idea where to start, who to go to, what I needed, or how much money it would cost me. That was, until I met Scott Hyman from CH Law! He made the process simple, painless, and as trouble-free as possible. My husband and I were able to set up our wills, as well as our medical and financial POAs so we can sleep easier at night knowing our families will not have bear the burden of "figuring it out" when our time comes. Scott is able to easily walk you through the process, with helpful organizers that take you through each step to make your wishes as complete as possible, ensuring your loved ones have one less thing to worry about during their grieving. I highly recommend anyone who has been on the fence, not sure where to start, or does not think it is a necessity to get their affairs in order, to book an appointment with CH Law and take the necessary steps to not only help yourself, but your family as well.
