I wish there was no stars to give this agency because they do not deserve ANY stars to be honest..they are very unprofessional..I worked for General mills which was cool an all but the constant having to call the main office just to get put back on a list to work is absolutely ridiculous plus there is no guarantee that you will even be able to work.. theres some favoritism going on an these people pick an choose who they want to work ..I know times might get hard an you might be in the need of some quick easy cash..this place ain't even worth wasting your time.. plus the one chick that answers the phone needs to be fired bad customer service all across the board.. NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT

Started off great, fast hiring process then as the holidays got closer, short staffed and other issues, get sent home early, might get paid might not, new year sent home 3 times not scheduled, even when I called and asked. Changed leads often so you don't know who's is charge or who knows the truth. Pay is decent, work easy enough,just management is awful and dishonest. Can't afford to work part-time when expecting full-time work.
Update:February 9th 2024, I sent an email,no reply, I call and everything is filled. How can I give you another chance when you don't respond or have nothing available? Do you not understand every hour not worked is food off a table or a bill not paid? You are an untrustworthy employer.
Update February 26th Eilte reports to unemployment I quit which now delays my unemployment. I have email and call logs to prove I didn't. Why did someone report when untrue?
