We had some electrical problems installing a range hood and called Sparks for a service call. He helped us out over the phone, no charge. Very knowledgeable, intelligent and helpful. If I can give this company a -100 I would! I highly suggest that consumers stay far away from this company. Garry Stankiewicz, was absolutely the worst person that Ive encountered within my years of business. He was very unprofessional and carried poor values. He does not know how to work with diverse demographics. He was very rude and disrespectful. He was lazy and strongly negative. Please, find a company that holds better quality, values and that can work with all demographics. Save yourself the stress and headache ahead of time. Service: Electrical inspections

I made my appointment 10 days in advance. They even sent me a confirmation text the next day. I had to takeoff the morning of the appointment that we agreed upon which cost me several hundred dollars. When they were 30 minutes late I called them up and asked if they were still coming. They said and I quote "oh my gosh. We booked a different appointment. Is it OK if we just come on a different day?"They said it like it was almost no big deal did they just come a different day. If you book an appointment with them you should assume that they may or may not show up, and they will be fairly glib about it if you call and ask for the service that they promised. Please don't use this company. You will only ended up frustrated and angry.

Because I had to takeoff of work to be here, it cost me several hundred dollars. He even sent a follow up reminder the day after I made the appointment saying that we will see you at 10 oclock. When they were already 30 minutes late I called to make sure they were still coming and he literally said, oh my gosh. We booked another appointment. Can we just come out another day? Do not use this service. They are incredibly sloppy and unprofessional. I never even met them and they cost me several hundred dollars in revenue at work.

Very unprofessional on the phone. Assumed he was called to come fix someone else' s work. Then rudely said he doesn't do any work in Sturtevant and I should have started the conversation with where I live. We are not needing anything for free we are going to pay.
