I reached out to Troy to get a quote for bringing the electrical in my basement up to code. Troy returned calls promptly and was in constant communication via text message to arrange an onsite visit which was great. He was able to come quote the job within a day or two and returned the quote a few days after that. In my opinion that sort of communication and responsiveness is extremely rare and shows what a true professional Troy is. I would highly recommend him for any electrical services.
