Calls on the day of when we waited 2 months to get my son in. For a very important appt. Took the day off work. Not the first time they call very last minute to reschedule. So glad my son is not coming here. Ridiculous and not professional. No stars deserved

The dentist that pulled my sons teeth as well as cleaned my daughters teeth was just rough. Ive never seen anything like it. Something out of a horror film. Like how do u clean someones teeth rough. They need to do better.

Terrible service. They do not care about you. Most of the call center will just make up excuses to things they can't answer to get you off the phone. It Will take 5+ days to fill a prescription. It takes you calling every day and asking for a supervisor just to get a prescription filled literally every time. When they don't meet their 24-48 hour timeframes they just say "we apologize, human error" and don't do anything to make sure it won't happen again because it happens LITERALLY EVERY SINGLE TIME. I'm so glad this wasn't a medication I am dependent on or else I would literally be dead with the "care" I have received from this terrible facility. I have asked for information on how to contact their board of directors and they have refused. If anyone from the board sees this please contact me. Your CEO does not care even with facts and evidence that proper care was not received. I still have not received the documents I asked for months ago. Do not go here they might accidentally kill you. You will not feel cared for in any way. Genuinely depressing experience every time.

I spent over an hour making appointments for my daughters only for them to cancel them 5 days before their appointment. I was not called just texted that their appointments had been canceled
