From the first call to the first meeting to everything in between, this gentleman was exceptional. He never wavered, always remained even tempered, had a plethora of information and behaved himself in one of the most amazing yet caring and composed manners of anyone I've come across in a professional setting. He helped our family member through an insanely difficult situation and yielded an unbelievable result. If there was a 6 Star rating he would have earned it.
