    I came across an ad on Facebook for employment with your company. The ad asked to "send message" for further information and after I sent message (facebook messenger) I was being asked for bank account. If this is legit please contact me, if it's a scam please update your security-related online ads.

    Stay away. Small business owner, I noticed that a payment was on hold...They decided for NO reason that I was HIGH RISK... asking for a ton of information, and NOT getting back to me. What a mistake going with this CC processor, Do yourself a favor and go with a Different company. And still going on with Holding my Money with them telling me they will call...and yet they haven't .....God forbid you have a change in the amount you process.... because, you know...a start up should not be increasing sales ......

    Dear Clover Support, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent handling of my account hold and the overall support experience I've received. On March 5th, my account was placed on hold due to a risk assessment. I promptly responded to the verification request that same day. Unfortunately, I never received a follow-up. On March 11th, I contacted support through my dashboard. After being transferred between departments (technical support and merchant support), I finally reached Ethan in Florida (Level 2Support). He scheduled me to speak with an analyst. On March 13th, I spoke with Joanne, the analyst, who assured me the hold would be cleared within 24 hours. However, 72 hours passed with no deposits. Further calls to support resulted in being transferred between multiple agents. The last agent informed me that while the risk department released the funds, collections placed a reserve hold and a ticket would need to be created. Disappointed with the lack of communication and resolution, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Today, I received their response stating Clover will not release the funds, and the risk department has closed my account. The information I'm receiving is contradictory and frustrating. I simply want my funds released. Due to the significant inconvenience and lack of empathy from Clover representatives, I will be contacting my lawyer to discuss this matter further. Merchants like myself work hard, and we deserve better than this. Sincerely, Home Spotless
